I accept cash and check at the time of each visit. I have a limited amount of reduced rate appointments on a sliding scale fee schedule in order to accommodate at need patients and families. More information about cost is discussed prior to scheduling a visit.
If your insurance company offers reimbursement for out-of-network providers, as most PPOs and some HMOs do, I can provide you with a monthly billing statement that you can submit for reimbursement. Please call your insurance company to verify your behavioral mental health benefits and reimbursement rates for out-of-network mental health providers.
You should be aware that submitting a mental health claim for reimbursement carries a certain amount of risk to confidentiality, privacy, or to future eligibility to obtain health or life insurance.
